Congratulations again on your Teton County Scholarship Program award! It’s time to claim your funds, and there’s a couple steps you need to take. Please read this all the way through, even if it looks like a lot. Each step is simple once you know what to expect.
TO RECEIVE YOUR SCHOLARSHIP, COMPLETE YOUR DISBURSEMENT FORM
Please use your PERSONAL email, not your school email for this account so this can follow you even if you change schools. We cannot send any money until this form is complete.
The form will ask you to upload:
• Proof of enrollment for the upcoming year
• Your most recent transcript
• Your financial aid award letter from your school
Once your form is complete and reviewed, payments from EFJH will begin going out starting in mid-July. All funds are paid directly to your school or to a 529 savings account. They are never paid to you directly.

ONE FORM PER YEAR
You’ll complete a new form each year you’re in school, or for any new school you attend. We recommend doing this now or by the beginning of your Fall semester so your funds are in place when you need them. Plan on your disbursement for the full school year. If you require funds to be split between semesters, please put that in the comments/notes section of the form so I can let the school know. We allow ONE FORM PER SCHOOL YEAR. If you do require funds later, please contact me directly to assist.
THE DEADLINE – PLEASE DON’T MISS IT
You must claim each year’s funds by December 31 of this year. Any scholarship not claimed by December 31 is automatically forfeited, unless you’ve deferred your award or made other arrangements with us. Please don’t wait until the last minute.
IF YOU NEED TO DEFER
Sometimes plans change. If you need to delay using your award , for a gap year, academic, health, or financial reasons (up to 1 year), or a religious mission (up to 2 years) , you must let us know right away. Deferments are reviewed case by case, and some awards have their own rules, so check the details of yours. To request one, you must complete the Deferment Form as soon as you make your decision: https://forms.gle/X9jJJA8ZfbcckZ5aA. If you don’t submit this form, you may forfeit your funds.
IF YOU WERE AWARDED $25,000 OR MORE
Please also complete the College Cost Form: https://forms.gle/cKjThrEx9V3jCNuX6. This helps us coordinate your awards correctly with the rest of your financial aid.
IF YOU NO LONGER NEED YOUR SCHOLARSHIP
If you receive enough other aid to cover your costs, or your plans change, you have the option to release your award so another student can benefit. If this is the case, please send an email stating the award(s) so I may follow up with you.
