Friends of RPK Memorial Fund (formerly the Jackson Hole Ski Patrol Memorial Scholarship)

Sponsored by the friends and families of the Jackson Hole Ski Patrol, this award provides college scholarships to high school students whose spirit and love of mountain adventure honors the memory of ski patrollers no longer with us. Scholarship recipients will be chosen based primarily on their essay and their participation in a snow sport.

REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Minimum GPA 2.0
▪ Students must explain their active participation in snow sports
▪ Briefly describe what you enjoy and what you’ve learned from participation in the sport
▪ Essay: What was a significant event in your life that put you out of your ‘comfort zone’, how did it make you feel, what did you learn and how has it changed you? (Limit: 500 words or fewer)

VALUE: $2,000 one-time scholarship

Patrocinada por los amigos y familiares de la Patrulla de Esquí de Jackson Hole, esta beca ofrece becas universitarias a estudiantes de preparatoria cuyo espíritu y pasión por la aventura en la montaña honran la memoria de los patrulleros de esquí que ya no están con nosotros. Los beneficiarios se seleccionarán principalmente en función de su ensayo y su participación en un deporte de nieve.
