Vocation School Bison Scholarship (Junior Year)

Junior Year: This scholarship will be awarded to a student attending a trade school or vocational training program of up to two years in duration that will lead to employment in a field of interest to the student. Criteria for selection are: financial need, intended educational pursuit, academic achievement, written essay, community service, high ethical standards, extracurricular activities, and financial need.

REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Minimum GPA 2.0
▪ Essays:
What is your greatest achievement? What has been the biggest challenge of your life, and how have you overcome it? (Limit: 500 words or fewer)
Describe your interest in your chosen field. How have you made it part of your life, and how will you continue to pursue it? (Limit: 500 words or fewer)

VALUE: $1,000 to $5,000
awarded in equal installments over the length of the program

BECA BISON PARA ESCUELAS DE FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL (TERCER AÑO)
Esta beca se otorgará a un estudiante que curse un programa de formación profesional o técnico de hasta dos años de duración, con miras a obtener un empleo en un campo de su interés. Los criterios de selección son: necesidad económica, objetivos, educativos, rendimiento académico, ensayo, servicio comunitario, altos estándares éticos, actividades extracurriculares y necesidad económica.
